Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy At Wild Ones Art Camp, we keep our group sizes small to ensure a personal and high-quality experience for every camper. Because these spots are limited, we adhere to the following cancellation schedule: Summer 2026 Camps On or before May 1, 2026: Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee (per child, per week). Between May 2 and May 24, 2026: 50% refund (per child, per week). After June 1, 2026: No refunds will be issued for summer sessions. School-Year & Holiday Camps 30+ Days Notice: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee (per child, per camp). 14–29 Days Notice: 50% refund. Less than 14 Days Notice: No refunds will be issued. Medical Exceptions & No-Shows Medical Absences: If a child cannot attend due to a medical reason, a refund may be considered only when supported by a formal doctor's note. No-Shows: No refunds or credits are provided for no-shows or cancellations made the week or day of the camp session. Weather & Emergency Closures Wild Ones Art Camp is an outdoor program. In the event of natural disasters, poor air quality (AQI of 100+), heavy rain, fire, or other emergencies that make it unsafe to hold camp: Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds for emergency closures. Credit: Families may choose to receive a 50% rollover credit toward a future camp session. Low Enrollment & Waitlists Low Enrollment: If Wild Ones Art Camp must cancel a session due to low enrollment, families will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to a different date. Waitlist Policy: When a session is full, interested families will be added to a waitlist. If a spot opens, we notify the first three families on the list via email/text. The spot is secured by the first family to respond and complete registration. Agreement Wild Ones Art Camp reserves the right to terminate this agreement with any client at any time. To ensure the best experience for your child, please inform us of any important medical conditions or needs before the start of camp.
